Overview The mission of Helio Health is to promote recovery from the effects of substance use and mental health disorders and other behavioral health issues. The Cook will work Full-Time providing nutritious meals to residents in our Residential Programs . In addition to Helio Health’s comprehensive benefits package, this position is eligible for a Sign-On Incentive of up to $1,500 ! Schedule : M-F days: Pay: $19.57 per hour. Responsibilities: - Prepares and serves planned meals for clients living in the Community Residence. - Takes direction from Team Leader/Residence Manager and keeps him/her informed regarding content of workload. - Communicates with kitchen staff regarding Quality Assurance. - Performs general kitchen and stock work as well as monitors equipment and supplies. - Maintains a sanitary & safe workstation and participating in Quality Assurance activities such as: - Provide services according to agency policies and procedures and governmental regulations. - Identify strengths and/or problems regarding Quality Assurance. - Assist with problem resolution and implementing modifications. - Maintains an inventory of food and kitchen equipment. - Ensures inventory is adequ...
