Job description

We are seeking a talented Customer Event Coordinator to join the Global Integrated Services (GIS) – Hospitality team at Cummins Inc. in Columbus, IN . In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways: - Plan, coordinate, and deliver customer visits and Hospitality-supported meetings and events, serving as the primary point of contact for Cummins hosts, internal partners, and vendors. - Manage Hospitality-owned event spaces and calendars at the Columbus campus, ensuring accurate scheduling, clear communication, and seamless execution. - Support on-site event setup, execution, and teardown, including front-of-house responsibilities such as room setup, service coordination, dining support, and meeting room services. - Apply sound judgment in both planned and ad hoc situations to deliver a high-quality hospitality experience while adhering to safety, security, and service standards. - Partner closely with Cummins employees, Global Integrated Services teams, and preferred vendors to deliver safe, consistent, and high-quality hospitality experiences. - Coordinate document management, data entry, and information compilation with high data integrity, supporting accurate reportin...
