Manifest Clerk - Data Entry

Job description

Job Summary To ensure all manifests are properly entered into Envirosafe's waste tracking system and US EPA's e-Manifest system, as well as properly distributed to internal departments and customers. Essential Functions: 1. Proofread each manifest and compare the data on the manifest with the data entered into Envirosafe waste tracking system to ensure the data on the manifest was entered correctly into the waste tracking system. 2. Work with Receiving Department and Client Services to ensure all manifest discrepancies are resolved in a timely manner for submittal into US EPA's e-Manifest system and invoicing. 3. Upload all hazardous waste manifests into US EPA's e-Manifest system and verify data was uploaded correctly. 4. Tear down the manifests and distribute copies internally. Education & Essential Qualifications: · High School Diploma or Equivalent · 0-2 years Clerk experience · Pays close attention to detail, able to check own work for errors, Word, Excel experience.
