SUMMARY: The Manager of Clinical Policy supports the development, implementation, and maintenance of clinical policies and procedures that promote safe, effective, and compliant dialysis care. This role works closely with nursing, compliance, IT, and quality teams to ensure clinical documentation standards align with regulatory requirements and organizational goals. The Manager monitors changes in healthcare policy, supports EMR optimization efforts, and contributes to continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.
