Powell is an engineered to order manufacturer of switchgear and electrical equipment for the power generation industry. The Lead Assembler is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the assembly process of products in a manufacturing setting. Four 10s Schedule: Monday-Thursday 2:30pm-1:00am. The Lead Assembler is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the assembly process of products in a manufacturing setting. They supervise a team of assemblers, ensuring that production targets are met and quality standards are maintained. The Lead Assembler also assists in training new assemblers, troubleshooting assembly issues, and implementing process improvements. They collaborate with other departments, such as engineering and quality assurance, to ensure efficient and effective assembly operations. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this role.
