Behavioral Technician (weekends) Department: Adult Residential Intensive: Employment Type: Full Time: Location: El Dorado Springs - Southwest Psychiatric Facility Reporting To: Arpil Adams: Compensation: $19.00 / hour: Description: Help others live more independently and reach their goals Schedule: Friday-Monday 10am-8pm A Behavioral Technician ( Internal title: Community Living Instructor ) provides support to adults with behavioral health needs in a residential or community setting. In this role, you’ll ensure the safety, well-being, and daily success of the individuals we serve. You’ll provide hands-on support with daily living skills, social engagement, behavior management, and more — all while helping create a safe, structured, and encouraging environment.
