Job Description: Engineering Supervisor: Weekends: 9am-5pm: Monday-Wednesday: 2pm-10pm: Position Purpose: The Facilities Supervisor oversees a team of maintenance technicians and trade specialists within Holy Cross Health's Engineering & Facilities department. This position is responsible for supervising daily operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, managing staff performance, supporting TJC/CMS survey readiness, and maintaining reliable operations across assigned building systems. The Supervisor reports to the Engineering Operations Manager and serves as a key operational leader for Environment of Care compliance.
