In this role, you’ll optimize system operations and resource utilization in partnership with the NOC, perform network/system analysis and support planning efforts, and serve as a key point of coordination during outages and maintenance activity. You’ll also provide timely assistance and clear guidance to splicers and field technicians, helping troubleshoot issues, align next steps, and accelerate restoration when problems arise.
