Weston & Sampson is currently seeking a Membrane Technology Operations Lead. This position provides a company vehicle for travel throughout New England. Wastewater operations experience required. What you’ll do: - Provide technical supervision in the operation and maintenance of wastewater treatment plants utilizing membrane technology - Perform startup, commissioning, and decommissioning of membrane systems - Recommend and implement process control adjustments, as needed for optimal and efficient wastewater treatment - General troubleshooting and maintenance tasks, including but limited to membrane cleaning procedures - Apply a strong understanding of biological and chemical wastewater treatment processes necessary to keep systems in compliance with regulatory requirements - Act as a resource to operations staff, project managers, and senior management to successfully deliver assigned projects - Maintain compliance with all safety requirements - Develop and build upon internal and external relationships - Participate in specialized trainings to advance technical skills Incentives: Pay increases may be offered with newly acquired licenses and certifications.
