About the role This role sits within our Binocs Software product, Bluecrux’s market-leading SaaS solution for scheduling and planning in Quality laboratories and Cell & Gene Therapy production. As a Solution Architect, you will play a key role in ensuring that Binocs is implemented and scaled successfully for our customers—balancing deep technical expertise, strong solution design, and continuous improvement of both the product and our delivery approach. In this role, you’ll work closely with customers, consultants, and internal product teams to align Binocs’ capabilities with real-world operational needs, while also contributing to the evolution of the product and our internal implementation standards. Your responsibilities are split across customer-facing and internal/product-focused domains.
