QA Build is the construction arm of GemLife, delivering high‑end commercial facilities across Australia’s fastest‑growing luxury lifestyle resort communities. We specialise in premium clubhouse and resort infrastructure built to an exceptional standard. We’re now seeking an experienced Commercial Foreman to join our team at Kilcoy Greens, working closely with the Site Manager to deliver clubhouse and resort facilities including wellness centres, cinemas, bars, pools, and outdoor amenities. This role offers the opportunity to build more than just structures - you’ll help create thriving, connected resort communities. The Foreman sits within a structured site team, reporting to an experienced Site Manager, with long-term continuity across multiple resort stages.
