Job Type Full-time Description: About the Job: A Warehouse Lead for third shift is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, including managing staff, inventory, and ensuring safety compliance. They supervise warehouse staff, manage inventory, enforce safety protocols, and coordinate with other departments. Bilingual (English/Spanish) candidates are strongly encouraged to apply. Role and Responsibilities: - Lead a team of forklift operators in the warehouse - Assign daily duties to operators - Unload and load material - Check-in both inbound & outbound drivers - Verify quantities for both inbound and outbound loads - Create Labels, Pack lists, and BOLs for shipments - Create pallets tags for material receipts - Identify damages - Report shortages - Report quality deficiencies - Transport raw & finished materials to production workstations and warehouse - Inspect machinery and report any issues - Determine the need for repairs - Keep updated records of inventory - Produce activity logs – Verify operators submitting proper forms - Pick and select orders for warehouse transfers - Comply with company policies and guidelines - Assist in keeping a safe environment Requiremen...
