Chief Development Officer Position Overview: A mission-driven nonprofit organization focused on expanding access to safe, affordable housing and strengthening communities across Los Angeles County is seeking a strategic and relationship-oriented Chief Development Officer (CDO). This executive will lead all fundraising and resource development efforts, building a sustainable and diversified revenue model to support long-term impact. The CDO will serve as a key member of the executive leadership team and play a central role in shaping organizational strategy, elevating the organization’s visibility, and deepening engagement with donors, partners, and stakeholders.
