Description University Physicians’ Association is seeking highly motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as a Quality & Education Supervisor with our Revenue Cycle Management team. Position Summary: Responsible for developing, coordinating, and overseeing training programs related to all phases of the healthcare revenue cycle. The role involves supervising a team of coordinators, monitoring performance metrics, and collaborating with leadership to improve efficiency, compliance, and quality in the revenue cycle process. Job Duties: This description is a general statement of required major duties and does not exclude other duties as assigned: 1. Supervise, mentor and coach team members; assign tasks and track completion. 2. Develop and maintain comprehensive training materials for all revenue cycle functions ensuring content is updated promptly in response to coding changes, payer regulation, billing policies, system updates and workflow changes. 3.
