Executive Assistant I Supporting the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) & Chief Product Officer (CPO) About the Role: As the Executive Assistant to the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) and Chief Product Officer (CPO), you will serve as a trusted partner to two senior executives as they continue to transition into their new roles at Omnicell. This is a high-impact, high-visibility position requiring exceptional judgment, discretion, and a proactive mindset. In this role, you will be deeply embedded in the rhythm of the business—ensuring seamless day-to-day operations while anticipating needs and managing complex, confidential matters. You will play a critical role in how these leaders operate, communicate, and engage across the organization. This role requires on-site presence in the Austin, TX office three days per week.
