What You Will Do: We are seeking a Subcontracts Administrator. In this role, you will lead the end-to-end management of complex commercial and government subcontracts that support critical business pursuits, development programs, and production efforts. You will negotiate and draft agreements that align with customer contracts, ensure regulatory compliance, and mitigate risk. Partnering cross-functionally, you will oversee subcontract performance from solicitation through execution, blending legal insight with business strategy to safeguard the company’s interests and enable successful program delivery. This hybrid, on-site position is located at our Headquarters in Oak Creek, WI. You will report directly to the Senior Manager, Procurement.
