Job Title: Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant (Pain Management) - Prescott Valley, AZ Overview & Highlights: Location: Prescott Valley, AZ: Schedule: Full-time | 4-day work week | No call Work Environment: Combination of inpatient and outpatient clinic settings Compensation and Benefits: $140,000 – $180,000 annually About the Opportunity / A Day in the Life This is a well-balanced role for an experienced NP or PA who enjoys working across both clinic and inpatient environments within pain management, spine, or neurosurgical care. You’ll be part of a focused, specialty-driven team managing patients with complex spinal and pain-related conditions, contributing to both continuity of care and procedural pathways. Your day may include evaluating patients in clinic, developing and adjusting treatment plans, and supporting perioperative or post-acute care in the inpatient setting. You’ll work closely with physicians and other providers, helping guide patients through diagnosis, treatment, and recovery.
