Purpose: Works with multiple service departments for defined territories to provide direction on optimizing service capacity and performance for individual service departments, technician performance and reporting, as well as, recruiting and retaining service department employees. Responsibilities: ? Develops Communicates and monitors effective service department processes and performance and continual improvements ? Monitors service department performance relative to technician performance and capacity ?
