Job description

Job Description: This role supports the Petcare Head of Nature and regional sustainability teams in delivering the Nature components of the Healthy Planet agenda. In particular, the position advances Petcare’s deforestation- and conversion-free (DCF) commitments across key commodities (palm oil, pulp & paper, beef, and soy) while also driving progress on land-use change (LUC) greenhouse gas emissions reduction. What will be your Key Responsibilities? Palm Oil & Derivatives: Lead implementation of the Palm Positive strategy for the Petcare segment Collaborate with external partners (e.g., the Consumer Goods Forum and Earthworm Foundation) to enhance data collection, traceability, and DCF compliance Drive the development of Petcare-specific approaches to deforestation-free palm Pulp & Paper: Support regional teams in collecting, validating, and analyzing pulp & paper sourcing data Lead the transition to digital tools to improve data quality, transparency, and reporting efficiency DCF Methodology & Risk Assessment: Support the development and continuous improvement of DCF methodologies for beef and soy Supports research of the expansion of the scope of deforestation commitments (e.g.,...
