Partners with service lines and divisional leaders to align supply strategies with operational goals, focusing on price management and product variation reduction. Supports contract strategy and execution for clinical supplies, ensuring alignment with organizational standards and pricing integrity. Collaborates with strategic business partners to understand priorities and recommend supply-related solutions. Oversees select product standardization efforts and contributes to contract compliance monitoring. Guides the implementation of value analysis and sourcing projects, ensuring alignment with timelines and resource availability. Promotes evidence-based product selection to enhance patient care quality and system value. Provides leadership to a team, supporting performance tracking and professional development aligned with system goals.
