Nurse Clinical Coordinator - UI Health Care (Multiple Openings) - ( 26002749 ) Description The University of Iowa Community Clinics (UICC) is seeking a patient centered Nurse Clinical Coordinator to support our UI Community Clinics. This position provides nursing leadership and oversight for primary and specialized patient care populations that are served within UI Community Clinics and Clinical Outreach. Functions as a clinical nurse expert for patients and UICC. The clinical coordinator will facilitate communications between medical staff, management, patients and/or family to provide excellent customer service. This position will serve as a liaison role to provide the dissemination of information and education to clinical care team. Cedar Rapids Clinics; Dermatology, OBGYN, Endocrine, Primary Care Family Medicine, Pediatrics, and multiple outreach clinics.
