At M&A – Fixed Asset Valuations (Plant & Equipment) we help clients with asset intensive businesses value their plant and infrastructure for financial reporting, stamp duty, tax and strategic management purposes. One of the most exciting parts of the valuation of infrastructure assets is undertaking site visits to understand the business operations, condition assessments and discussions with engineers.
