Overview: SOFTSWISS is hiring a Senior Event Manager to join our Marketing Team. We are seeking a strong execution-driven expert to lead the planning and delivery of high-impact marketing events that support brand visibility and business growth. This role is based in our Warsaw office, with an expected on-site presence of 3 days per week. Purpose of the role: You will lead the planning and execution of international iGaming events, ensuring a strong SOFTSWISS presence across exhibitions, conferences, and branded experiences. Your work will directly support business growth by delivering high-impact events, managing end-to-end logistics, and aligning with commercial goals. Key responsibilities: Plan, coordinate and deliver company participation in international iGaming industry exhibitions, summits, and conferences. Conduct own events: networking dinners, parties. Manage full event lifecycle: preparation, onsite execution and post-event analysis. Coordinate booth production and branding with internal teams and external contractors.
