Job description

Organizational Relationships Reports directly to a Chair of Strategy. Works collaboratively across the Strategy Department, with multidisciplinary teams throughout Mayo Clinic and external entities. Works in partnership with other department members at all levels, as well as various physicians and administrative colleagues and committees. Often presents and shares information with leaders and committees. May interact, support, and consult with professionals of other medical systems and hospitals, external organizations, and technical support personnel as needed or requested. May guide fellows, interns and other staff members within the functional area. Position Overview: The Senior Health Policy Strategist plays a critical role in aligning Mayo Clinic’s strategic direction with the evolving healthcare policy environment.
