Job description

As an IMS Nokia CFX Integrator Engineer , you will play a crucial role in the implementation, integration, and support of Nokia CFX solutions within IMS environments. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful deployment and operation of telecommunications infrastructure components. Your role: - Delivering IMS technical solutions as per defined Low-Level Design (LLD) specifications, with specialized focus on Nokia CFX platforms; - Creating and validating instantiation templates and Method of Procedure (MOP) documentation from LLDs and data fill sheets; - Managing the onboarding, deployment, integration, and configuration of Nokia CFX systems according to technical requirements; - Executing system and functional Acceptance Test Procedure (ATP) test cases and documenting all relevant artifacts; - Troubleshooting deployment, integration, and testing issues while coordinating with care teams and customer teams through the Technical Project Manager; - Opening and tracking trouble tickets through appropriate channels such as internal JIRA and Salesforce; - Supporting IMS services migration activities and ensuring smooth transition processes; - Preparing compreh...
