Senior Originator - Asset Based Lending - Executive Director

Join our team as an Executive Director in the Capital & Advisory Solutions group, where you will leverage your expertise in Asset Based Lending. As an Asset-Based Lending Originator within our Commercial Banking team, you will be responsible for deal structuring, financial analysis, and overall risk assessment. You will originate asset based loans sized from $5mm to upwards of $250mm in Los Angeles, Las Vegas, and Central California in partnership with our Middle Market Banking and Financial Sponsor Group coverage teams. You will work within complex deal teams to originate and executive on Asset-Based Lending transactions, including debt capital markets, commercial & investment banking coverage, and credit. Our Originators are responsible for originating and structuring, and lead deal teams for syndication and the ongoing portfolio management of asset-based loans.
