Senior Site Manager, MS Offsite

Job description

Position Profile Supervises day‑to‑day operations and staff at Managed Services (MS) sites. Approximately 80% of time is spent on management duties and no more than 20% on operating production equipment. Responsible for developing, implementing, and reviewing procedures, invoicing accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining acceptable profit levels. This role requires a high degree of customer interaction and oversight of 15 to 20 employees or $80K in monthly services revenue at a single site.
