About the Role: We’re seeking a Senior Product Designer to help shape experiences within Catalyst. This role focuses on designing intuitive, efficient workflows across complex systems that support internal users throughout the loan lifecycle. You will collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and design peers to deliver high-quality user experiences, simplify complex processes, and contribute to scalable design solutions.
