About the role: We are looking for an Engineering Manager to lead our Intelligence & Integrations team. This team sits at the intersection of our hardware ecosystem and our customers' operational reality, responsible for transforming the raw behavioral data captured by AUGi into the actionable insights that drive resident safety and operational efficiency. You will lead the team responsible for Inspiren’s key platform capabilities, including our Intelligence product with an analytics engine powered by our Databricks lakehouse, as well as our critical EHR integrations.
