Job Title: Family Hubs Relief Facilitator Salary: £29,253 - £32,736 per annum pro rata to hours worked as part time Grade: C: Permanent Contract: Part-time 22 Hours per Week: We are seeking a committed individual to join the Family Hubs to provide high quality universal and targeted sessions for families with children of all ages from 0-11 (up to 25 if SEND). To create a warm welcoming and friendly environment that will encourage families to use the Family Hubs and to provide information services in the 0-19 (up to 25 if SEND) wellbeing model. To plan, evaluate and implement services according to the need of the families. To engage parents/carers in their children’s learning and support them to access the whole range of Family Hub services. The post holder will be required to work across all three localities.
