Electrical and Electronics Architecture Application Engineer

Job description

The EE Architecture Application Engineer will be responsible for providing the Electrical and Electronics architecture solutions to meet specific vehicle platforms/top hat requirements. They need to have a holistic understanding of vehicle electrical and electronic architecture to provide the EE architecture solutions/specification releases that satisfy the vehicle program needs, working with engineering and program stakeholders inside and outside the EE Architecture team. Qualifications: Minimum Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field - Minimum 1 year of automotive industry experience in electrical and electronic architecture design or electrical engineering roles. - Experience in defining and designing embedded networked computer systems including definition of system topologies, components, and interfaces. - Experience in Network Communication Design: CAN, CAN-FD , LIN and Ethernet protocols. - Understanding of typical vehicle EE architectures and automotive development processes. - Strong systems thinker.
