Position Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Community Outreach Coordinator to plan, implement, and manage initiatives that promote community integration for individuals with disabilities. This role fosters connections between those we serve and the broader community across Cass, Fulton, and Marshall Counties . Key Responsibilities: Develop and coordinate community-based day program opportunities.
