Day - 08 Hour (United States of America) This is a Stanford Health Care Tri-Valley job. A Brief Overview: Works under the specific guidance of a Physical Therapist to provide treatment of patients using specific modalities and treatment techniques, based on the care plan developed by the therapist. Accurately documents care and communicates with appropriate team members. Proactively participates in individual and department continuous improvement activities.
