Able to interact well with all levels of the organization. Evaluate and provide timely feedback on employee performance. Motivate and develop a cohesive production team. Communicate and enforce company policies for safety, quality, and the environment. Additional Responsibilities: Maintain production and attendance records: Ability to achieve goals and drive results. Shift Supervision coverage for other departments on same schedule. Ability to make timely decisions to maintain production output and be able to quickly analyze situations and provide direction to production staff. Recommend and implement process improvements to maximize productivity, reduce waste, improve quality, reduce costs and provide a safe work environment.
