As a Senior Demand Planner at Smartwool you will own the rolling demand forecast for a strategic wholesale business. You will translate historical trends, customer signals, and cross-functional commercial inputs into an accurate, consensus forecast that drives supply, inventory, and financial outcomes. This role leads monthly demand alignment, improves forecast accuracy through analytics and disciplined forecasting practices, and partners closely with Supply Planning to support strong in-stock performance while balancing inventory risk and capacity constraints. Build and maintain an accurate rolling wholesale demand plan for Apparel & Accessories using statistical forecasting tools, shipment/order history, account forecasts, and inputs from Sales, Merchandising, Marketing, and Finance.
