Description The Pharmacist-in-Charge (PIC) is responsible for leading all pharmacy compliance, regulatory oversight, and controlled substance management for GlobalRx. This role is critical to ensuring the company operates in full compliance with all federal and state regulations. The PIC is expected to take full ownership of DEA registration, pharmacy licensing, controlled substance compliance, and inspection readiness. This is not a traditional retail pharmacist role. The position requires a strong understanding of pharmaceutical distribution, regulatory requirements, and operational workflows, along with the ability to build and maintain a compliant, scalable infrastructure as the business grows. Requirements: Core Responsibilities: Regulatory & Compliance Ownership: - Serve as the Pharmacist-in-Charge for GlobalRx.
