About the job: We develop and maintain the Central Unit (CU), the very heart of Verisure’s monitored smart alarm system. This Linux-based embedded system orchestrates and secures all communication between devices in our customers’ homes and businesses, and our backend services. Within the CU organization, our team is responsible for Wi-Fi functionality across a large, real-world IoT fleet, ensuring stable connectivity, good performance, and predictable behavior in customer environments. In this role, you will contribute as an Embedded Software Engineer focused on Linux-based platforms at system level.
