The Commercial Solutions group within Chase Auto delivers a full suite of commercial banking solutions for auto dealers, including Treasury Services, floorplan, real estate and acquisition financing, liquidity management and other banking solutions. As the Head of Strategic Business Management within Chase Auto Commercial Solutions, you will design, drive, and execute the Commercial Solutions strategic agenda, and drive disciplined execution across the organization. You will lead core business management and business analytics to deliver actionable insights, and strengthen sales effectiveness through banker training, portfolio strategy and sales enablement. You will also own and drive Commercial Solutions strategic initiatives, partnering with senior Auto leaders and cross-functional partners to implement AI solutions and modernize platforms and processes—resulting in measurable improvements to client and employee experience.
