Position Summary: The Manager, Design Integration is responsible for leading and developing the Integration function, including direct management of the Design Integration Leads, while owning the execution, governance, and continuous improvement of the design integration process across programs. The role works in close collaboration with Architectural Design, Naval Architecture, Technical Design, Program Management, and other integral disciplines to ensure design ambition is delivered within agreed schedule, cost, scope, quality, and risk guardrails. As a senior partner to Design and Program leadership, this role provides strategic direction, oversight, and coaching to ensure consistent application of design integration practices, effective stakeholder alignment, and proactive identification and mitigation of design risks across the portfolio.
