Employment Type: Full time Shift: Day Shift Description: Trinity Health of New England is looking for an experienced Speech-Language Pathologist to join our mission-driven team in our Outpatient Pediatric R ehabilitation department at Mercy Medical Center. Speech Language Pathologist is member of a comprehensive care team who identifies appropriate long- and short-term goals and develops treatment plans to respond to those goals for pediatric patients. CFY applicants encouraged to apply. What will you do: - Performs comprehensive evaluations. - Establishes functional goals based upon evaluation results targeting deficit areas, to help patients achieve a maximum level of functional independence. - Provides professional interaction with patients, family members, interdisciplinary team members, and other staff members and colleagues., - completes all documentation in accordance with professional, organizational, and regulatory compliance standards.
