LeadVenture is looking for a Business Development Representative to join our growing team! Are you a proactive, entrepreneurial individual who thrives on building meaningful relationships? If so, this could be a great fit. In this fast-paced role, you’ll focus heavily on high-volume outreach, including prospecting and cold calling, while gathering valuable customer insights. You’ll serve as the first point of contact between potential clients and our sales team, playing a key role in driving new business opportunities. This is an in-office role based in our Louisville, KY office. After successfully completing a 90-day training period and meeting quota, there is an opportunity to transition to a hybrid schedule. We’re looking for motivated, driven individuals who are eager to succeed, ready to jump into a sales environment, and excited to contribute to our continued growth.
