Salary/Position Classification: - $20.00 hourly, Non-Exempt (Eligible for overtime) - 20-40 hours per week - 100% Remote Work Availability: No - Hybrid Work Availability (requires some time on campus): No Purpose of Position: This is a part-time, non-benefited position. Only UND students are eligible to be hired in this position. Duties & Responsibilities: - Responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of clients and partners of the Test Site by supporting safe flight operations and providing safety guidance to the teams operating in the field. - Maintain accurate and up-to-date safety paperwork. - Assist in ensuring required crewmembers are properly trained on safety protocols and hazard mitigation strategies. - Participate in safety meetings and provide input on continuous safety improvement initiatives. - Maintain confidentiality of classified information and a professional appearance and attitude. - Work will require frequent travel. - Responsible for all other duties as assigned.
