Important Requirement: All new hires must complete 7 days of orientation (8:30 AM – 4:00 PM) prior to starting at a residential or day program site. Position: Direct Support Professional (Part-Time – 8 Hours per Week) Location: Moncks Corner (McRoy/Magnolia) Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour Overtime: Available Experience: No experience required – Paid training provided Schedule: Every other Saturday and Sunday 6:00am - 2:00pm**** Position Summary: The Direct Support Professional (DSP) provides support, supervision, and training to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in a Community Training Home (CTH). The DSP helps individuals achieve independence, safety, and personal development in accordance with agency values and procedures.
