SP Industries Inc. is expanding our team in Stone Ridge, NY and have an immediate opening for a Sales Administrator. In this role, the right candidate will support Service Sales and customers by managing order entry, contract administration, invoicing, and communication across ERP and FSM systems. This role ensures accurate processing of domestic and international service contracts and spare parts orders while coordinating with internal teams and external partners. Key Responsibilities: - Enter and manage service contract and spare parts orders in IERP and Syspro systems. - Process RMAs, service contract cancellations, invoicing, and credit card orders. - Verify purchase orders, tax status, documentation, and maintain accurate order records. - Coordinate shipments, ship dates, Incoterms compliance, and international freight requirements. - Generate Commercial/Proforma Invoices and Shipper’s Letters of Instruction for international orders. - Open, update, close, and maintain service contract agreements and opportunities in FSM. - Manage customer, equipment, and opportunity data within FSM. - Provide professional customer support via phone and email and manage FSM communication queue...
