JOB SUMMARY: Manage maintenance personnel, activities, and budgets in assigned area of responsibility, including all labor and non-labor resources to maintain superior show quality and customer satisfaction. Support initiatives to continuously improve guest and employee safety. EDUCATION: EXPERIENCE: - Manages all aspects of the facilities maintenance program within assigned area of responsibility, including planned, quick call, discretionary, and emergency repair work, as well as comprehensive asset life-cycle management. Develops and refines maintenance standards and maintains all OSHA and Universal Quality Standards - Manage staff by providing leadership, coaching, mentoring, career development, performance management, and recognition - Plans, prepares, and manages assigned capital and expense budgets - Secure reliable and cost-effective contracted services via scope development, competitive bidding, and contract oversight - Establish and maintain relationships across departments to ensure highest standards of guest experience, show quality, and operational readiness - Understands and actively participates in Environmental, Health & Safety responsibilities by following establish...
