About the Role: We’re hiring a Head of Engineering, Platform to own and scale the Platform domain with full technical and execution ownership for its surface area. Key Responsibilities: End-to-end engineering execution: architecture → roadmap → delivery → reliability. Step-function performance improvements — targeting 50%+ latency cuts across AI workflows. Observability, metrics, and model-selection systems that hold up at scale. Engineering rituals that keep teams shipping: standups, backlog ownership (Linear), cross-functional coordination.
