The hourly base rate may vary within the anticipated range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate’s knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include commission (annual, monthly, etc.) and/or an incentive program. Job Description: Position Type: Outdoor: Sign On Bonus: $1,000 ($500 paid after 30 days of employment, $500 paid after 90 days of employment) Job Responsibilities: Manage account relationships, maintaining effective communications and ensuring customer requirements are met. Review and update condition report; approve and audit vehicle repair report. Walk vehicles with account representative and make recommendations for reconditioning to increase vehicle value.
