Job Title: IT Associate I Ministry/Department: IT: Reports to: IT Manager: Status: Full-time, non-exempt: Supervisory Role: No: Objective: To fully support the overall policies and goals for the Information Technology (IT) M inistry in a way that removes barriers to The Church of Eleven22® vision of being a movement for all people to discover and deepen a relationship with Jesus Christ. Key Responsibilities: - Maintain an authentic and growing walk with Jesus Christ through the ongoing spiritual disciplines of Bible reading, prayer, personal worship, fasting, confession and fellowship - Support the IT team in the maintenance and troubleshooting of all existing applications, hardware and systems under the direction of the Assistant IT Manager and IT Manager - Assess, prioritize, communicate and resolve IT helpdesk ticket items through the helpdesk system, ensuring timely follow-up and effective issue resolution - Ensure IT processes are consistently followed by staff and provide feedback on areas for improvement - Provide on-site and remote troubleshooting for hardware and software components across all Eleven22 locations - Maintain and update IT documentation, asset inventories a...
