The role is critical to driving a positive and engaging safety culture that is legislatively compliant while driving continuous improvement. No two days will be the same in this varied role. What you will be doing: - Implement and maintain the GPC WHS Management system in the site. Maintain and coordinate all safety records and documentation - Analyse trends related to injuries or hazards/risks associated with safety in the DC and proactively put measures in place to mitigate - Outside the box thinking to bring new initiatives, focus and feedback to safety topics across all employees onsite - Provide WHS coaching and advice to management team members and all team members to improve safety culture and performance - Proactively en...
