- L ead the end - to - end technical architecture and desig n of OMS solutions to support complex omnichan n e l business req uir ements - Dr i ve so l ution assessments, architecture alig n ment, and fit - gap analys i s with en t erprise architecture standards - Own hig h-l evel and low -l evel des i gn artifacts and le ad technica l design reviews across OMS modules - Prov i de technica l lead e rship duri n g O M S i mplementatio n , c u stomizatio n , integ r at i on, testing , UAT, and prod u ct i on rollou t phases - Gui d e de v e l opment teams o n OMS bes t practices, coding standa r ds, and perfo r m an ce opt imi zation - Coll a bo r ate with b usiness stakeho l ders, prod u ct owners, and IT t e am s to ensure solutions meet b u s in ess and operational goals - Support O M S u p g r ades , roadm a p pl a nn i ng, and p r oductio n su p port activities including issue tr i age and root - cause ana l ysis - Coord i nate wit h product vendors fo r defect resolution and enhancement planning a l igned t o release schedules Qualifications: - E xtensive hands - on experience with IBMOrder Management System (OMS) across Distr i buted Order Management, I nventory, P ricing, Cal...
